What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
When should I book my next follow up appointment?
For haircut appointments, we suggest coming back every 6 to 8 weeks. For color touch-ups, we suggest 4 to 6 weeks. For highlights, we suggest 6 to 8 weeks. For balayage, we suggest 8 to 10 weeks. For keratin treatments we suggest 3 to 4 months.
How do I select a stylist that is right for me?

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Your appointments are very important to the team members of DeCola Salon. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore please give 24 hours notice in the event that you have to cancel your appointment.
What is your pricing?
Our salon's pricing structure offers our clients the opportunity to enjoy the DeCola Salon experience at pricing tiers that best suit their needs. These levels are the result of the hair dresser's achievements, which are determined by their experience in our salon, knowledge of the business, level of advanced training they have received, and the client demand for their time and services. Whatever tier you seek, the DeCola Salon team is confident that we will exceed your expectations and look forward to keeping your style on the cutting edge.
What hair color lines do you use?
We use Global Keratin hair color, Formula 18 lightener, and Lakme hair color.
What product lines do you carry?
We carry our very own DeCola line, Living Proof, R&Co, Color Wow, Lakme Teknia, American Crew, GK hair, Ecru, Coloure, Formula 18, Design me, and Moroccan Oil.
Do you have any cruelty free products?
Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free!
What days are you open?
We are open 7 days a week!
Do you take walk-in appointments?
While we do suggest making an appointment for guaranteed service, we do also take walk-ins.

Balayage vs. Highlights. What is the difference and which is best for me?
What is a “color” appointment?
When booking a color appointment, you are opting for a single process color to be applied to either just your root or all over your hair. Color appointments do not include any sort of lightning or foils.
Does your salon donate hair?
Do you offer hair extensions?
Yes, we offer Perfectress extensions, as well as the Halo extension.
