  • When should I book my next follow up appointment?
    For haircut appointments, we suggest coming back every 6 to 8 weeks. For color touch-ups, we suggest 4 to 6 weeks. For highlights, we suggest 6 to 8 weeks. For balayage, we suggest 8 to 10 weeks. For keratin treatments we suggest 3 to 4 months.
  • How do I select a stylist that is right for me?

  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    Your appointments are very important to the team members of DeCola Salon. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore please give 24 hours notice in the event that you have to cancel your appointment.
  • What is your pricing?
    Our salon's pricing structure offers our clients the opportunity to enjoy the DeCola Salon experience at pricing tiers that best suit their needs. These levels are the result of the hair dresser's achievements, which are determined by their experience in our salon, knowledge of the business, level of advanced training they have received, and the client demand for their time and services. Whatever tier you seek, the DeCola Salon team is confident that we will exceed your expectations and look forward to keeping your style on the cutting edge.
  • What hair color lines do you use?
    We use Global Keratin hair color, Formula 18 lightener, and Lakme hair color.
  • What product lines do you carry?
    We carry our very own DeCola line, Oribe, R&Co, Color Wow, Lakme Teknia, American Crew, GK hair, Ecru, Coloure, Formula 18, Design me, and Moroccan Oil.
  • Do you have any cruelty free products?
    Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free!
  • What days are you open?
    We are open 7 days a week! OPENING HOURS Mon - Thur: 9am - 8pm Friday 10am - 7pm Saturday: 9am - 3pm Sunday: 11am - 5pm
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes, you can purchase gift cards at our salon or online by clicking here.
  • Do you take walk-in appointments?
    While we do suggest making an appointment for guaranteed service, we do also take walk-ins.
  • Should I have a consultation before I book an appointment at DeCola Salon?
    All of our appointments start with a consultation but if it's your first time with the stylist, if you are looking to make a dramatic change, if you have box dye on your head, and any extension appointments we recommend making
  • Does DeCola Salon have an ATM onsite?
    Yes, we do. Our ATM is in our kitchen/waiting area.
  • Should I schedule my appointments ahead at DeCola Salon?
    We cannot encourage this enough! To guarantee an appointment with your preferred stylists and will help maintain your look.
  • Can I try different stylists at DeCola Salon? Or should I stay with just one?
    Of course! Our salon is one big family and no one will ever be offended if you try different stylists. Everyone has their own unique style!
  • What is your product return policy?
    Hair and makeup products may be returned for a salon credit with in one week after purchasing.All hair extension hair is non-refundable.
  • Balayage vs. Highlights. What is the difference and which is best for me?
    Balayage is hand-painted highlights strategically placed to create a softer and more blended appearance. Whereas traditional highlights are placed in a more structured and strategic manner in order to blend the hair from root to tip. Balayage is recommended for clients who prefer low maintenance, lived in color that only needs to be retouched about every 6 months. Highlights are for clients who want specifically placed highlights with a more all-over lightening effect from root to tip and do not mind the maintenance
  • What is a “color” appointment?
    When booking a color appointment, you are opting for a single process color to be applied to either just your root or all over your hair. Color appointments do not include any sort of lightning or foils.
  • Does your salon donate hair?
    While we do perform the haircuts for hair donations, the salon is not partnered with any donation services at this time. We leave it in the client’s hands to donate the hair to the service of their choosing.
  • Do you offer hair extensions?
    Yes, we offer Perfectress extensions, as well as the Halo extension.
  • What if I want to go from dark to light/light to dark? Can that be done in one process at DeCola Salon?
    Going from dark to light is typically a multi-session process and we recommend booking a consultation before this. Going from light to dark can usually be achieved in one appointment.
  • How long do perms last? Can I get color in between?
    After getting a perm at DeCola Salon it will last three to four months and you can get color in between or after a perm is completed
  • Does DeCola Salon offer Kertin Treatments? How long do Keratins last? Can I get color in between?
    DeCola Salon does offer Keratin Treatments. Keratins last three to four months Color can be done, Prior to Keratin for same day service or in between
