Job Title: Social Media & Content Creator

Position Type: 30–36 hours per week (some weekends)

About DeCola Salon
DeCola Salon is an award-winning, high-end salon known for exceptional client experiences and elevated, fashion-forward work. Our brand is growing quickly, and our marketing is a huge part of that.
We’re looking for someone creative, driven, and obsessed with content to take ownership of our social media and digital presence.
If you love creating, filming, editing, and turning ideas into real campaigns, this is for you.
What You’ll Do
This is not a “sit behind a desk” marketing role. You will be in the salon, creating, collaborating, and bringing the brand to life.
• Own and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create content in-salon, including filming transformations, styling, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Develop and launch campaigns for services, products, and events
• Write and design email campaigns
• Collaborate directly with stylists to capture content and build their personal brands
• Track performance and improve what’s working
What We’re Looking For
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
• Comfortable filming, editing, and being around people all day
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Creative thinker who brings ideas, not just execution
• Bonus: experience with Canva, Adobe, email marketing, or paid ads
You do NOT need years of experience, but you should be able to show us content you’ve created.
Big plus if you already love the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle space.
