All of our appointments start with a consultation but if it's your first time with the stylist, if you are looking to make a dramatic change, if you have box dye on your head, and any extension appointments we recommend making a consultation appointment.
This complimentary appointment is the perfect opportunity to discuss your hair history and the best approach to achieve your dream hair. It ensures that you have a clear understanding of what is possible to achieve, that your service appointment is booked correctly, and that an accurate price quote is provided.
For haircut appointments, we suggest coming back every 6 to 8 weeks. For color touch-ups, we suggest 4 to 6 weeks. For highlights, we suggest 6 to 8 weeks. For balayage, we suggest 8 to 10 weeks. For keratin treatments we suggest 3 to 4 months.
The best way to know when you should book your next follow-up appointment is to ask your stylist at the end of your appointment. They will provide more detail tailored to your specific hair needs, goals, and maintenance. No one knows their schedule better than the stylists themselves. Ask them to book your next appointment while you're in their chair!
We cannot encourage this enough! Booking in advance guarantees an appointment with your preferred stylist, which will help maintain your look.
Booking ahead of time also ensures that you can secure a time slot that fits your schedule and avoids any potential last-minute availability issues. Feel free to book multiple appointments with your stylist, next time you are in their chair.

Our pricing varies depending on factors such as hair length, type, color, and desired goals. All listed and quoted prices are starting points and subject to change based on your desired outcome, hair length, and hair density. Your stylist will discuss any adjustments with you during your consultation before services begin.
Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours in advance carry no charge. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 50% of your scheduled service total. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of your scheduled service total.
We understand that emergencies and illness happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible and management will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
This applies to all appointments in which hair is purchased to complete the service, including extension installations, bridal and special occasion styling, and any other service requiring a hair purchase. Payment for the hair itself is due prior to your appointment, is invoiced separately, and is nonrefundable under all circumstances regardless of the service type. The remaining service balance is subject to our standard cancellation policy.

Online booking is available 24/7 through the salon's booking system. DeCola Salon recommends booking in advance to secure your preferred stylist and time slot. Walk-in appointments are also accepted based on availability.
Yes, DeCola Salon welcomes new clients. New clients are encouraged to use the Stylist Match feature on the website to be paired with a stylist based on their hair type, goals, and personality. For first-time visits, new clients should book a consultation first, particularly for color services, dramatic changes, or extensions. Consultations at DeCola Salon are complimentary.

For hair service concerns, a complimentary adjustment appointment is available within one week of the original service date. For concerns related to the overall client experience, DeCola Salon welcomes direct feedback and will work to address it. If more than seven days have passed since the service, DeCola Salon will still make every effort to assist, though additional charges may apply depending on the services required.
