Cancellation Policy & Booking Agreement

SILL Holdings LLC, DBA: DeCola Salon — Booking Agreement

By completing a booking at DeCola Salon, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms.

​

Credit Card Requirement and Charge Authorization: A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments at DeCola Salon. By providing your card and completing this booking, you authorize DeCola Salon to charge your card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees as described below, without additional notice or further authorization from you. Card information is stored securely in accordance with PCI compliance standards.

 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours in advance carry no charge. Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours, and appointments not attended without notice, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Clients who arrive 20 or more minutes late and whose service cannot be completed within the remaining time will be treated as no-shows.

If you contact DeCola Salon to remove a color service from your existing appointment and the request is made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, the applicable cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file at the full value of the color service quoted at the time of booking.

 

Group Bookings: If you are booking on behalf of others, you assume full financial responsibility for all cancellation and no-show fees incurred by any member of your group.

Hair Purchases: This policy applies to all appointments in which hair is purchased to complete the service, including but not limited to extension installations, bridal and special occasion styling, and any other service requiring a hair purchase.

​

Any appointment involving the purchase of hair requires payment in full for the hair prior to your appointment. This payment is invoiced separately and is nonrefundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show, regardless of the service type. The remaining service balance is subject to DeCola Salon's standard cancellation policy. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service balance, and cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment, or appointments not attended, will be charged 100% of the service balance.

 

Pricing: All prices listed at the time of booking are starting points and subject to change based on your desired outcome, hair length, and hair density. Your stylist will review any adjustments with you during your consultation before services begin.

​

Operations Fee and Gratuity: A 3% Operations Fee applies to all transactions and is waived as a courtesy for clients paying by cash or check. An ATM is available on-site for your convenience. Gratuity is not included in service pricing and is always separate.

Photography and Video: DeCola Salon may photograph or video results for use in marketing and promotional materials, including social media. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please notify your stylist before your appointment begins.

​

Right to Refuse Service: DeCola Salon reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

Emergencies and Extenuating Circumstances We understand that emergencies and illness happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible and management will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
