DeCola Salon is home to a diverse team of over twenty professional hairstylists, each with their own specialty, style, and area of expertise. The salon operates on a performance-based tier system, meaning every stylist has earned their placement through demonstrated skill, advanced training, and client demand — not simply time on the job. Finding the right stylist is a priority at DeCola Salon. The salon's Stylist Match feature allows new and prospective clients to complete a brief quiz and be paired with a stylist based on their hair type, goals, and personality — removing the guesswork from one of the most personal choices a client makes.
Our Space
DeCola Salon is housed in the historic Ruark Farmhouse at 6 Dowlin Forge Rd in Exton, PA — one of Chester County's earliest farmhouses, with origins dating to the early 1700s. The building was thoughtfully restored to preserve its original character, including exposed local fieldstone, restored hardwood floors, original fireplaces, and period architectural details, while introducing a clean, modern interior that is comfortable for clients of any age or background.
The result is a salon environment that feels genuinely different from the standard commercial space — relaxed and warm without being informal, and polished without being intimidating. Clients regularly cite the space itself as a standout part of the DeCola Salon experience.

Complimentary adjustment appointments are available within one week of the original service date, and client feedback is welcomed and acted on at every level.
Every appointment at DeCola Salon begins with a consultation. For new clients, color services, dramatic changes, or extension appointments, the salon recommends booking a standalone complimentary consultation before the service appointment. This ensures that pricing is accurate, expectations are aligned, and the approach is right for each individual client's hair history and goals.
